Ireland
This is from a trip to Ireland before Google, Microsoft, Dell, Apple and EU regulations. Co Galway was a very rural region back then, people depended on what the land produced. Cattle, sheep and vegetables. Vaughan's Pub was the centre of the community, where you would drink a pint of Guinness, buy groceries, sell your lambs, and after a long and hard life this was your funeral home. 25 years later, sheep- and cattle markets have vanished, stables converted to holiday homes and Kilfenora has now a restaurant called Vaughan's Pub, with a 4,5 star rating on Tripadvisor.
